A 40 storey tower comprising 753 Rooms, with a mix of one bedroom studios and multi share apartments – one of the world’s tallest purpose built student accommodation buildings. Communal areas include outdoor terraces, recreational media rooms, a dedicated level for state of the art learning space and meeting rooms, and a rooftop common area roof garden

Vertilux Blinds: combination of single and dual roller blind EasyDrive Systems and OneDrive Systems, and Motorised Blinds for multi-purpose rooms.

Motor System: Somfy RTS

Fabrics: Yang (Blockout) and Status (Light filtering)

Curtains: For Music Rooms, S-Fold systems installed with imported, blockout flame retardant fabric
